1. General Information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through jumika.art, operated by “FancyWorkshop” Julianna Mikucka, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP: 5862236849), with its registered address at Wizjonerów 7/253, 32-356 Kraków, Poland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services
We offer handmade acrylic paintings, art prints, keychains, stickers, magnets, commissions, and digital files (such as patterns, templates, and coloring pages). Items may be ready-made or custom-made.
Digital files are non-refundable and will be available for download after purchase. They are provided in standard formats (e.g., PDF, PNG). Please check the product description for file type and compatibility details.
Some products are custom or personalized and made specifically for you. Please read all product descriptions carefully before ordering.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT and are primarily displayed in Polish Złoty (PLN). Depending on your location, prices may be converted into your local currency.
We reserve the right to change prices in exceptional cases at any time.

All orders must be paid in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Poland and internationally using available carriers, such as couriers, InPost lockers, and Poczta Polska.
Estimated dispatch times:
- Ready-made items: 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: as stated in the product description or as agreed, typically not exceeding 8 weeks
Estimated delivery times:
- Poland: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 1–2 weeks
- Worldwide: 2–4 weeks
Express shipping may be available for an additional fee – please contact us for details.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.
Exceptions to withdrawal:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads
For digital files available immediately after payment, by purchasing you consent to the immediate provision of the service before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (implementing EU Directive 2011/83).
If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

5.2 Complaints (Faulty or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at store@jumika.art with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond within 14 days with a proposed solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
6. User Accounts
You may create an account on our website, but it is not required to place an order. Orders can also be placed as a guest.
7. Restrictions
We do not knowingly sell products prohibited in specific countries. Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or impossible to fulfill. We also reserve the right to modify an order upon request via email, provided the item has not yet shipped.
8. Intellectual Property
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
In case of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the Polish version shall prevail.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms only for important reasons, including but not limited to changes in legal regulations, court rulings, or improvements to our services.
Any planned changes will be communicated to you at least 14 days prior to their entry into force via updates on our website or by email to registered users.
Changes to these Terms will not affect contracts already concluded unless you expressly agree to the modifications.
