1️⃣ Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, to any country where shipping from Poland is legally possible.

2️⃣ Shipping Methods

  • Within Poland: courier services, parcel lockers (Paczkomaty), and Polish Post.

  • International: courier services, and occasionally Polish Post if it is the most cost-effective option.

We select the best available shipping method based on the destination and product type.

3️⃣ Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: typically 2–4 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: typically 2–4 weeks, up to 8 weeks depending on complexity. The estimated processing time is stated in each product listing.

Note: In exceptional cases (e.g., a large queue of commissions), processing may take longer. Please contact us for the most accurate estimate.

4️⃣ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Poland: 2–5 business days.

  • European Union: approximately 1–2 weeks.

  • Worldwide: approximately 2–4 weeks, up to 8 weeks depending on the country and shipping method.

Express shipping is available upon request — please contact us before placing your order.

5️⃣ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the best available option for each destination and are displayed before checkout.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping thresholds.

6️⃣ Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

This information is clearly communicated in our store.

7️⃣ Tracking

Most shipments include tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number when it is available.

8️⃣ Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events such as pandemics or strikes.

However, if you experience problems, we will do our best to help investigate and resolve the issue.

If a package is lost or confirmed undelivered, we will first assist you in seeking compensation from the carrier. If this is unsuccessful or not possible, we will consider resending the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

9️⃣ Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently offered.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear suspicious or intended to harm our business.

Order changes may be possible if you contact us before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, no further changes can be made.
