Return & Refund Policy
1️⃣ Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email (store@jumika.art) or the contact form on our website within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase and proof of postage.
You will bear the cost of return shipping in this case. We will refund the purchase price and the cheapest standard delivery cost we originally offered (if any).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The return shipment should be made within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
2️⃣ Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items made to order.
- Digital downloads and files. These items are non-refundable once delivered.
3️⃣ Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, all orders are considered final, except in the case of damaged or faulty products.
4️⃣ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email or the contact form.
You may be asked to provide photos of the damage.
If the issue is confirmed:
- We will cover the return shipping cost.
- You may choose between a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.

Include your proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior notice.

6️⃣ Return Shipping Costs
- Customers pay for return shipping if returning without cause (EU withdrawal).
- We pay for return shipping if the item is faulty or damaged.
- For non-EU returns without cause, all sales are final.

We reserve the right to refuse suspicious or abusive refund claims.
